THREE DAY REFUND OR EXCHANGE POLICY
Client satisfaction is our top priority and we strive to deliver a positive
shopping experience. In the event the item does not meet your expectations, the
return must be initiated within 3 business days from the date your item was
delivered. You must notify us with your return intention, and specific
instructions will be provided on how to proceed.  Do not send back
purchased item without speaking to us first as all unauthorized returns will be
refused.

ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE
If condition of the timepiece or item is not as described or the item is broken
or does not function as intended. 

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE
Timepieces that are sourced or special-order timepieces are not eligible for
return. Final sale items or damaged items are not eligible for return. We may
choose to accept the refund minus a reasonable restock fee.

REFUND TERMS
Please be informed that to qualify for a refund, the item must be in the exact
condition in which it was received. You must return any and all packaging,
books, papers, tags that were included with the item when originally sold. If
specific item has manufacture protective stickers or in new condition when
purchased, please refrain from removing them and wearing the item until you
absolutely sure you keeping it since final payout may be affected if stickers
removed and timepiece has been worn.

REFUNDS
Upon receipt of your item, we reserve 72hrs for item inspection for any signs
of wear or damage which may adversely affect the refund. Once inspection is
completed the refund will be process to the original payment method. In the
very unlikely event of return package loss, an insurance claim will be filed
and refund will only be issued after claim is processed. Once refund is
approved for payout, please allow 5 DAYS for funds to be processed back to
original payment method.  MT Timepieces does not offer cash refunds for
any reasons.
