Retaining the iconic 39mm stainless steel case proportion with an ultra-slim 8.1mm profile, it features the signature octagonal bezel with hexagonal white gold screws, immaculate satin brushing, and mirror-polished bevels throughout the integrated bracelet. The dial is finished in the historic Bleu Nuit, Nuage 50 petite tapisserie pattern, complemented by white gold applied hour markers, Royal Oak hands with luminescent coating, and a color-matched date wheel at 3 o'clock.

Visible through the sapphire exhibition caseback is the in-house Calibre 7121, engineered with a higher frequency (4 Hz), a 55-hour power reserve, and an instantaneous date-correction mechanism. Specific to this anniversary release, the movement features the dedicated openworked oscillating weight sculpted with the official "50 Years" logo and Audemars Piguet signature.
